About us

The association Friedenswege e.V. – Chemins de Paix supports and networks places and initiatives for peace in the Upper Rhine region: in France, Germany and Switzerland.

We aim to strengthen the culture of peace through meetings and events, concerts and church services, exhibitions and actions. Different roots, traditions and convictions strengthen our shared commitment to peace.

Chemins de la Paix also offers ideas for walking and cycling tours, with accommodation along the way. In this way, we hope to contribute to the development of local and green tourism. We are looking for people along the route who are prepared to open their homes to accommodate travellers for the night.
